The Requirement: 

Ferry Services wished to create a system that can be used to assess and develop the skills of their staff.

The Solution: 

The assessment is based on a superintendent led assessment.

This program is available on the ships, in the training room in the office and a copy has been made available for personal use by each of the 150 crew members at home.
