as, in our experience, airmail is no longer providing an adequate
service. If you choose not to take this recommendation we reserve
the right to decline a refund or replacement in the event of
shipping loss.
RETURNS
POLICY
You may
return new, unopened items (supplied by Witherby Seamanship
International Ltd) within 7 working days of delivery for a full
refund. (net of any postage costs).
All returns must include a returns note with a Witherby Seamanship
International Ltd returns order number.

A) BOOK
CONDITION:
Books must be returned new and undamaged and, where applicable, in
the original packaging.
B) CD
CONDITION:
CD Roms must be returned new and undamaged and, where applicable,
in the original packaging.
No installed/ unlocked CD roms may be returned unless
defective.
Determining what constitutes a defective item will be at the
discretion of Witherby Seamanship International Ltd.
