RETURNS POLICY
You may return new, unopened items (supplied by Witherbys Insurance
Ltd) within 7 working days of delivery for a full refund. (net of
any postage costs).
All returns must include a returns note with a Witherbys Insurance
Ltd returns order number.

A) BOOK CONDITION:
Books must be returned new and undamaged and, where applicable, in
the original packaging.
B) CD CONDITION:
CD Roms must be returned new and undamaged and, where applicable,
in the original packaging.
No installed/ unlocked CD roms may be returned unless
defective.
Determining what constitutes a defective item will be at the
discretion of Witherbys Insurance Ltd.
