A Chartered engineer and fellow of the RSA, Stewart spent 20 years in the Offshore Oil & Gas industry supplying instrumentation, communication and real time control systems for the major oil operating companies such as Shell, BP, Total and Conoco. A move into the SME world created the opportunity to apply organisational, process and project management skills and experience to embryonic and rapid growth businesses. Stewart worked with Seamanship during an earlier expansion phase and joined the team again just before the merger which created Witherby Seamanship.
