| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just
browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and
put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your
selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details
that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

If you are shopping outwith the UK, your credit card company
will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

| Shipping And Handling All costs include packaging.
1) UK: two options
- Courier
- Royal Mail 'Signed For' (we can actually
send such package by Courier depending on the number of items and
weight of the package).
2) Rest of the World: two options
- Courier (recommended, see the note
below)
- Airmail
Important Note: Witherbys Insurance strongly recommends that you
use the courier option for delivery overseas as, in our experience,
airmail is no longer providing an adequate service. If you choose
not to take this recommendation we reserve the right to decline a
refund or replacement in the event of shipping loss.

| Delivery Schedule Orders received before 2.00pm GMT Monday to
Friday will normally be despatched on the same day. All other
orders will be despatched on the next working
day. |

Value Added Tax Charges For
orders made from the UK or the European Union, the 17.5% VAT is
already included unless otherwise stated on the product website
page.
Import Taxes and Customs
Duties Charges applied to products ordered
from outside the UK are the responsibility of the buyer. Witherbys Insurance are unable to assess
or control these costs which must remain your responsibility to
