On the 4th October, Iain Brown, Clare Hall & Christine Rogers from WSIL kitted up and braced themselves for a once-in-a-lifetime experience: to free-fall abseil down the Titan Crane in Clydebank in support of Down’s Syndrome Scotland. Left to right: Clare, Christine, IainAt 150ft tall, the Titan Crane was the world’s first giant cantilever crane and it has stood on the banks of the River Clyde for over 100 years. It is a true Scottish landmark and a perfect location for a Scottish charity like Down’s Syndrome Scotland to host an event and raise some vital funds! WSIL are proud to have been able to support Down’s Syndrome Scotland and the work they do, improving the quality of life for everyone in Scotland with Down’s Syndrome and their families, helping people with Down’s Syndrome reach their full potential.
