| Congratulations to Witherby Seamanship’s graphic designers Ashley Walker and Jenny Ashcroft. Ashley and Jenny designed the Down’s Syndrome Scotland 2010 Calendar – which was awarded a highly commended honour in the first annual Professional Fundraising Charity of the Year Competition. The 2010 calendar, the first of its kind produced by Down’s Syndrome Scotland, was just pipped by the British Heart Foundation’s in-memoriam calendar to the top award. Pandora Summerfield, Chief Executive of Down’s Syndrome Scotland said: “We are thrilled to have been highly commended in the competition. To have our efforts recognised like this is a real boost in difficult times. The calendar itself has literally flown off the shelves; this obviously helps us financially, but also serves to increase our profile across the country.
